Junction City Cross Country season is slowly coming to an end but they still have goals they continue to chase.

On October, 14^th, 2017 the Boys and Girls Cross Country team competed at the Centennial League meet with state qualifications looming in. The Boys team finished 4^th at the meet with two boys qualifying for state. Christian Carter finished 8^th at league and Isaiah Galicia finished 15^th at league competition. The Girls team finished 3^rd at league with two girls qualifying for state as well, Michelle Sanchez finished 5^th at league and Kailey Kooman finished 14^th. All four of these runners have qualified individually for State Competition.

The State Cross Country Meet will be on October 28^th, 2017 at Lawrence-Rim Rock Farm.
