The flag hanging to show respect of the events that happened on 9/11.

 

On the morning of September 11th, students from Lincoln Elementary and others from the community gathered in Al Simpler Stadium to show their respect to the ones affected on 9/11. This event started around 8:30 am and ended around 9:30 am.  Events that happened during this event included a flag raising, a remembrance walk, singing the national anthem, and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.
